Simon Ayigima is the Country Director in Ghana. The overall responsibility and goal of the Field Director (FD) is to provide guidance, training, interpretation and networking to groups and clients in the villages of Biu, Gaani, Tampola, Kologo, Nayagania, Vunania, etc in the Kassena Nankana District of Upper East Region, Ghana, so that they can effectively and efficiently manage and operate their businesses. Trainings include Basic business skills, Bookkeeping, Budgeting, Goal setting, Financial literacy, Teamwork, Savings, Strategic planning, Business management (leading, directing, operating and controlling steps), Marketing, and Good decision making. He works with the various groups leaders and serve as the liaison between the clients and Sabu Help.

The individual group leaders play an important role within their groups. Their duties is to make sure all members attend training, meetings, events, and  so on. The group leaders are the liaison between their group and the Country Director.
