Where do the funds/donations go?
Directly to support the poor people. We are currently working with groups in Africa. We hope to expand to many countries including India, Mexico, South America, Mangolia and many others.
Whom am I helping?
People in deep poverty who wish to earn a livelihood and to meet their families' basic needs.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Not Yet!! It will soon be! Sabu Help 501(c)(3) non-profit application is still pending with IRS.
What kind of businesses do the clients operate?
They operate in very small businesses in the areas of agriculture and enterprenuership: food preparation, farming, animal rearing, crop buying and selling, shea butter extraction, petty trading, cloth making, weaving, and basket making. Other popular activities are retail businesses, where clients buy and resell goods like rice, peanuts, animals, beans, vegetables, soap, etc. Some are farmers raising chickens, pigs, goats, rice farming, corn farming, etc.
How are you funded?
Most of our funding comes from donations and Fundrasing activities.
